We can also enjoy easy and constructive cooperation in daily business contacts.Work with us in the following areas:Financial Controls Implementation SpecialistThe key responsibility of the team is to implement the globally designed controls for the GSAP (Global SAP) programme. Main duties will include:
• cooperation with the Global Design and Deploy Lead to build and maintain a visible plan of implementation of the GSAP/Streamline controls framewok
• creating descriptions of controls and GSAP procedures
• developing and delivering training materials for use in implementation with control owners and operators
• engaging with control owners and key stakeholders across differing locations and process workstreams to ensure the successful implementation of the global controls framework
• providing regular and ongoing progress updates to management
• performing initial Design Effectiveness conclusions based on test activities and results.Requirements:
• master or Bachelor degree
• strong accounting background
• experience in Controls & Compliance or Audit preferred
• sound understanding of SOX
• experience in process reengineering, controls conducting and documenting would be an advantage
• fluent English
• experience in using SAP or other ERP systems
• good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• excellent communication and presentation skills
